Rice Pudding

I made this up but it is pretty delicious. The only thing that could make it more delicious would have been golden raisins, which are nature's most delicious dried fruit.

This was my recipe:

1 c leftover rice from some gross restaurant where the rice was hard
1 c milk
1/4 c sugar
pinch salt
pinch cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Put above ingredients in smallest pot possible and bring to a boil. Remove from stove and stick the whole pot in the oven with the lid on for 30 mins.
2. Take it out of the oven. It is hot so don't put your hand on the pot handle. I did this but it did not make the rice pudding taste better.
3. Lightly beat 1 egg. Add some of the hot rice mixture to the egg so that your egg is a little warmer. I don't know why this step is crucial, it's just the way things seem to be done. Then put egg in the pot and stir it in.
4. Turn heat on high and stir until the egg is cooked (60-120 seconds)
5. Voila! Serve hot or put in two glass cups and refrigerate for easy breakfast later.
